How to Participate in the Recall?
Option 1
Submit an Online Form
In order to begin processing your refund request, we ask that you please complete the following steps:
- Immediately STOP use of the blanket and UNPLUG the product. Do not dispose of the item to receive a full refund.
- Confirm your Queen Size Blanket is impacted by the recall – It must have model number 32810027 indicated.
3. Draw “X” symbol across the Wash Label with a permanent marker.
4. Cut Power Cord at Outlet Plug.
5. Once your online form is submitted, you will receive an email asking for you to upload the image of the wash label with an “X” and cut power cord, if available, your proof of purchase.
Upon verification of the information provided, we will issue your refund. Please dispose of your electric blanket in accordance with your local electronic recycling guidelines.
