Why is my cool side not cool?
The cooling side of the mattress pad does not have an electrical control. It means the cooling effect is achieved through the nature of the fabric and its ability to dissipate heat. The full effect of the cooling fabric is perceived when you move your body from one position to the other on the mattress pad. Other reasons why the cooling side may not feel cool enough could be the following:- Room Environment: The room temperature and humidity can impact the effectiveness of the cooling fabric. Higher room temperatures or humidity levels can lessen the perceived cooling effect.
- Personal Sensitivity: Individuals have various levels of sensitivity to temperature and cooling fabrics. What feels mildly cool to one person might not have the same effect on another due to variations in personal sensitivity.
- Initial Temperature: The starting temperature of the mattress pad can affect the perceived cooling sensation. If the pad is already at a cool temperature, the contrast may not be as noticeable.
- Body Heat: Your body generates heat, and the cooling fabric works to disperse it. However, if your body is producing a lot of heat, it may affect the perceived cooling effect.

Irons & Steamers
Irons
Irons General
Why does the light blink on my Iron?
The light will begin to blink when the Motion Smart Auto Off system activates. If the unit is moved while the light is still blinking, it will stop blinking and resume normal function.
Why isn't my iron heating up?
Ensure that the unit is tightly plugged into a working outlet. Some units are equipped with our patented Motion Smart Auto Off technology. Moving the iron will cause it to begin to reheat.
Should I empty the water from my iron after every use?
It is not necessary to empty the water from the iron after every use. Tap water can be used, unless the water in the area is very hard, which will reduce the performance of the iron. In this situation, it is best to use demineralized or distilled water. If you do not use your iron frequently, we recommend emptying the water reservoir, turning the Fabric Select Dial and Steam Lever to O/Off and allowing the iron to cool before putting it away.
What if my iron does not steam?
Allow the iron to reach operating temperature (about 2 minutes) before turning the steam dial to the desired setting. The steam valve may be set on "dry" or the steam valve may be clogged. Move the steam dial back and forth a couple of times to clean the valve and make sure it is on a "steam" setting.
What if my new iron has a slight odor?
When turned on for the first time, your new iron may give off a slight odor for up to ten minutes. This is due to the initial heating of the materials used. It is safe, and will not affect the performance of the unit.

What setting I need to use for a Fabric type?

Why does the iron keep throwing brown dirt . The water is clean. Every time iron, it messes up my clothes
When an iron releases brown residue this can sometimes occur due to mineral buildup inside the steam chamber, even when the water appears clean. Over time, minerals can collect inside the iron and release as brown flakes or liquid during steaming.
Brown residue may also occur if water has been left sitting in the tank for an extended period, as buildup can heat inside the iron and release through the steam vents.
To help prevent this from happening again, we recommend emptying the water tank after each use and using distilled or filtered water when possible. For further information contact customer care at www.sunbeamhome.com

Can LED lights replace fluorescent tubes? Can I convert a fluorescent fixture to LED?
Yes, you can replace fluorescent tubes with LED tubes or LED-integrated fixtures. If you just want to replace the bulbs, you can use plug-and-play, direct-wire, or hybrid LED tubes.
Plug-and-play tubes are the easiest to install as they do not require any rewiring to the fixture. If the LED bulb is compatible with the existing fluorescent ballast in the fixture, simply remove the fluorescent tube and replace it with the LED tube light. Because the ballast is still operational, it will continue to draw power and can fail.
Direct-wire LED tubes can also replace fluorescents but require rewiring the fixture to bypass the ballast and replace sockets with non-shunted lamp holders. While this conversion is a little more effort upfront, using direct-wire LED tubes eliminates the ballast as a failure point (as in the plug-and-play option), and reduces the overall energy consumption by eliminating the ballast.
Hybrid LED tubes may be the ideal solution. Hybrid LED tubes can be installed initially as plug-and-play tubes to get you back up and running with minimal downtime, then switched to direct-wire installation once the ballast fails. Unlike plug-and-play tubes that can only be used with a working ballast, hybrid LED lamps can be used in either installation.

Option 2: Use UL Type A Bulbs operates with the fluorescent ballast still in place.
Option 2: Use UL Type A Bulbs operates with the fluorescent ballast still in place.
Do LED Lights Need Ballasts?
An LED light does not require a ballast because it uses a component called a “driver” to regulate the power going into the bulb.
Do I Have to Remove Ballasts to Use LED Bulbs?
This depends on the bulbs. Some LED bulbs may require you to remove the ballasts. However, a high-quality plug and play LED tube can be used in direct wire fixtures as well as traditional fluorescent fixtures with ballasts. In other words, thanks to its flexibility, you use a plug and play led without ballasts or with.

Literie chauffante
Literie chauffante FAQs

The motion sensor has a sensing range of 2M (6.5ft) at sensing angle of 60 degree and 3M (9.8ft) at sensing angle of 30 degrees. This is why the sensor can sometimes have difficulty sensing movement when approached at certain angles or if the movement is more than 3M away.
